Complete text messaging infrastructure

Everything you need to launch and manage high-volume text campaigns, registered under carrier 10DLC rules, that turn recipients into supporters, volunteers, and voters.

Picture MMS Messaging

Send images, infographics, and visual content directly to voters. Perfect for candidate photos, event flyers, and issue explainers that grab attention.

Video MMS Messaging

Deliver short campaign videos, endorsement clips, and testimonials directly via text. Video lets voters see and hear your candidate.

Peer-to-Peer Texting

Real volunteers sending personalized messages at scale. Registered for 10DLC and built to handle replies in real-time. See our P2P texting platform for voter outreach.

Broadcast SMS

Send mass messages for time-sensitive announcements, event reminders, and last-minute GOTV pushes. The FCC says autodialed texts to mobile phones need the recipient's prior express consent, so broadcast is for lists that have opted in.

Audience Segmentation

Target by precinct, voter score, issue support, or custom criteria. Send the right message to the right voter.

Real-Time Analytics

Track delivery rates, response sentiment, opt-outs, and engagement metrics as messages go out.

Automated Sequences

Set up drip campaigns, event reminder series, and fundraising sequences for contacts who have opted in.

Registration and Opt-Outs

Automatic opt-out handling, 10DLC registration, and Campaign Verify token submission.

When to deploy text messaging

Voter Persuasion & ID

Start two-way conversations to identify support levels, answer questions about your positions, and move undecided voters into your column. Texting creates dialogue that ads can't.

Get Out The Vote (GOTV)

Remind supporters to vote in the final 72 hours. Send polling location details, hours, and ID requirements. Follow up with voters who haven't cast their ballot yet.

Event Mobilization

Fill town halls, rallies, and volunteer shifts by sending targeted invites with RSVP tracking. Send day-of reminders to confirmed attendees.

Volunteer Recruitment

Convert supporters into door-knockers, phone-bankers, and event staff. Text makes it easy for people to say yes and get onboarded quickly.

Fundraising Asks

Deploy rapid-response fundraising texts when news breaks or deadlines approach. Include donation links and track conversion rates by message variant.

Political texting questions

How much does political texting cost per message?

VoterPing texting is $0.04 per message. Voter data with phone numbers is $0.02 per record, and the one-time 10DLC campaign verification service is $150, which includes Campaign Verify's $95 fee. There is no charge to get a quote.

Can political campaigns send picture and video texts (MMS)?

Yes. VoterPing sends picture and video MMS as well as plain SMS. Texting is $0.04 per message; your quote shows the total for the list you choose.

What is the difference between P2P texting and broadcast SMS?

With peer-to-peer (P2P) texting, a person sends each message and handles replies. With broadcast SMS, one send goes to the whole list. The FCC says political texts sent to mobile phones with an autodialer need prior express consent, while messages sent manually can be sent without prior consent. Whether a given platform counts as an autodialer depends on how it works. This is general information, not legal advice. Talk to your campaign's counsel.

What do we need before we can start texting?

A texting provider that registers your campaign for 10DLC, a list, and a script. If you are a 527 political committee, you also need a Campaign Verify token; Campaign Verify says some carriers have required it for political 10DLC texting since 2021. See What is Campaign Verify?

Do you provide voter data with phone numbers?

Yes. Voter data is $0.02 per record, so you can build a list and text it with one vendor. You can also upload your own file.

Do you also do robocalls and ringless voicemail?

Yes. Robocalls are $0.02 per contact and ringless voicemail is $0.015 per contact. You can run them alongside texting from the same voter list. Both have their own FCC consent rules for calls to cell phones.
